OFviralLeak provides a platform that indexes and organizes leaked data. We do not host, create, or manage the data ourselves. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, scraping our website, using our services for illegal activities, or using our services in a manner that may harm our reputation.

We take violations of our Terms of Service very seriously. This includes, but is not limited to, engaging in fraudulent activity, misrepresenting chargebacks, or submitting false claims regarding transactions. We also reserve the right to blacklist any user from our site, preventing further access without prior notice or appeal. Users are strictly prohibited from contacting our support team regarding any matters related to fraudulent activity or chargebacks once action has been taken.

By uploading or otherwise providing any photographs, images, or related content (“Content”) to the Service, you represent and warrant that (a) you are the sole owner of all rights, title, and interest in that Content, or (b) you have secured all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents from the rightful owner(s) to upload the Content and to permit its processing, transformation, and public display through the Service. You must not upload any Content for which you lack such ownership or authorization. Any violation of this obligation is a material breach of these Terms, and you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold OFviralLeak and its affiliates harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your failure to comply with this section.
